Over the course of this weekend, thousands of spectators from all around the world will visit the glorious Hyde Park to watch the fourth event in the 2014 ITU World Triathlon Series. Here’s a little taster of what you can expect…

On Saturday 31st May the world's best triathletes will go head to head in pursuit of vital World Championship points in a thrilling Sprint distance race. It's the ultimate battle of endurance and staying power and with a hugely competitive field both in the men’s and women’s races, aggressive racing is guaranteed. Last year saw Javier Gomez and Non Stanford storm to victory at the Grand Final event here in Hyde Park - will they be able to emulate their superhuman performances and reign supreme once again?

On Sunday 1st June, over 5,000 participants will follow in the footsteps of the elites as they aim to swim, bike and run their way to personal glory. The atmosphere will be euphoric, with the Hyde Park course lined with supporters cheering on friends, loved ones and anyone else who looks like they need a few words of encouragement!

It's going to be a fantastic weekend of triathlon action and with a great chance of beautiful weather, there's no better way to spend a day completely free of charge in the iconic Hyde Park.
